Clear totals, one currency, and an order status you can check.
Currency and order total
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Your order summary lists the products, any discount, shipping, and any tax collected by the store before submission. The store does not currently collect sales tax at checkout; import duties or taxes assessed by the destination authorities may be payable by the recipient. Your payment provider may apply a currency conversion or international transaction fee.
Payment methods
Available payment options appear at checkout. Creating an order is separate from completing payment. An order marked Pending payment has been saved but is unpaid; it will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed. The order confirmation page and your account show the actual status. Do not send payment to an email address or bank account unless our support team has independently confirmed the instructions for your order.
Account and billing details
Sign in or create an account before submitting an order. Provide accurate billing and shipping details. We do not ask you to send card numbers, security codes, account passwords, or one-time verification codes by email or through the contact form.
Unsuccessful or duplicate payments
If a payment does not complete, check your order in My account before trying again. If a provider shows a charge while the order still shows unpaid, contact caolingling46@outlook.com with the order number and the provider reference, without including full payment credentials. We will investigate before asking you to pay again.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval. See our Returns & refunds and Cancellation policy. A pending order with no captured payment has no captured amount to refund.
