What does my status mean?
Pending payment: your order is saved and payment is awaiting confirmation.
Processing: payment has been confirmed and the order is being prepared.
Completed: fulfillment has been recorded; consult the tracking details for delivery progress.
Cancelled or refunded: see the order record and contact us with questions.
